Never received miss duff to complete task line

@my01pony878 - Lady Duff is a Skin ( costume / outfit ) for Duffman.
Tap on him when he's free to change the outfit, as below . . .

If that doesn't show up perhaps you've not got the Skin. If that's the case and you know you should have it contact EA Help directly - link below . . .

@1-Graham-S I Have the same problem. I also don't have the skin. I have tried contacting EA and have ended up with 3 different emails from help and 5 open cases. So far that all ends in either nothing or loops back to the start of the problem.
If I open one of the cases it just contains copies of the email correspondence.
One case links to a "try this" help page that ive already tried.
One case only has the option to "end case".
And the last 2 cases go back to the beginning where you contact them to tell what's wrong.

I am no closer to a solution. I feel even farther away.
