Make lisa ominously warn

On the gold, the dad and the gummy pt 2 I click to make lisa ominously warn and the town plaza comes up but only with action options for snake, homer and apu. How do I get Lisa to complete the action?

According to my "crystal ball" The Gold, the Dad, and the Gummy is part of Act 3.  You shouldn't have that quest yet.  A lot of people are getting glitches where future content is unlocking early and out of sequence in this event.  Try force closing the game and see if that fixes it.
