Lost all my neighbors [ Edited ]

They finally fixed it-- got my neighbors back! Yea!!

However... I can't add new friends still

I last played Tapped Out last night,and went I went to tap on my neighbors,all gone.I had 10.So how do I get all of them back.I started a new case with EA,and I am going around in circles getting no where.Any help is appreciated.My user ID is DD6269.Thank you.

I lost all my neighbors and can not connect with FB anymore.

Anyone know what is going on? I see there has been posts about this but no answers to a fix.

Maybe after the Thanksgiving event and an update is availble they will come back...fingers crossed.

Hey there, neighborinos. 

If you are having difficulty with your neighbors having disappeared, could you try something for me?

Please load up the Origin client on PC or Mac, sign in with the same email you use for TSTO and then check to see if your friends are there. If your friend has a public profile (not hidden), please try unfriending them and then re-friending them, then loading up The Simpsons Tapped Out again. You can test this with 1-2 friends first if you'd like.

Give it a try and please let me know how it goes.
