Lost Cleatus the robot mascot

I've lost the new character Cleatus, the robot mascot, I nuked my town during the tourist event and put everything back out, and he still hasn't turned up and I can't complete some of the quests without him, any help is appreciated

As he is a new character, he will not yet be categorized.  Check the town census, then double check your entire inventory (not just the sub-categories).  Make sure you have the football fields out as well.

If you still cannot find him, you will need to contact EA directly.

• Click on this link
• Select you platform and follow the prompts
• For topic, select "Missing content"
• For issue, select "Had content and lost it"
• Provide as much information as possible to explain your situation.
• Provide screenshots as evidence to back up your claim (hung tasks, town census, etc.)

He appears on the main page when you first open your inventory - scroll WAYYYYYYYY over to the end.
