Locked quests for Marge

I have 2 locked quests for Marge: Write a smear article and Do a load of laundry. I think this may have been associated with the introduction of Lurleen. I have stored both Lurleen, Marge, Bar'n'brawl and Moes but I can't seem to trigger the quest. Can someone advise how to trigger the quest?
