Land Error issue after update, anyone else still getting?

mine has been fixed, but not in a way anyone would like...

ea had to go in, put most of my stuff into inventory, delete my land, and i lost a lot of stuff i bought, so it is not something i went into lightly....but it was my last resort because my land was corrupt. so.... over 30 million cash later i re-bought all the land, which they deleted my cash in the process...

so think before you ask for this kind of reset, you don't lose donuts, or your level, just your land and some bought stuff..

..... I understand,but I cant play, so.......I must to nuclear explotion, because all my things moved...in imposible way....so ....I have already very problems....

well just remember, you will lose a lot of items, including items you had duplicates of, so if you did missions where you got extra stuff like during the easter even where you made extra fences, almost all of mine are gone, as well as most of my walls from the barbarian missions, a bunch of buildings i had to rebuy, etc.. just seriously, keep that in your mind....

if you go through with it, just tell them that you have a kurrupt land section, and you wish to authorize them to delete most of your land to reset your playing field... you will need to buy most of your land back, you will also need to unload all of your items from your inventory afterwards..

just tell them someone you know had the same issue and had to have this done..

and again... YOU   HAVE    BEEN     WARNED!

This is what I received in my inbox yesterday after a few back and forths where they accused me of cheating ... I have spent a LOT of money on donuts over the years and found that to be insulting, however here is what they said...

However, please let me share that I have discussed your issue with one of our specialist team member and they said that we may not be able to retrieve your actual land and may need to replace it. So, if you agree please get back to us with the below information:

1. Email ID:
2. Last date of play
3. Level of town

If replacing the land gets me back into the game that is fine... My email ID is the same as this one....  Email ID And I was the highest level there was before the Springfield heights update, which was the last time I played... 

Now I am concerned about the thought of loosing items, but this guy never mentioned loosing items...  I shouldn't be punished for their glitches (I had some road pieces by the Squidport that could not be removed...  Oh, well... we'll see... ALL I KNOW IS I SERIOUSLY MISS THE GAME!!!

yeah, your going to lose the road by the squidport, as well as probably a lot of your items you created through missions like the stonecutters missions, the easter missions, etc... I lost all my fences, lights, benches, etc from the Tap ball game...

the worse part for me, is for some reason, I had to RESTART every mission from scratch, which really is making me mad.

I get land error message when I try to log in. Who is supposed to fix this?

skadaddy421 - your best option is to submit a ticket at http://help.ea.com/en I wish I could tell you it's an easy process. But their submission process is un-intuitive so stick with it and keep responding to their emails... Good luck...

Ok. Well this didn't solve it. Just means everything is down the toilet
