Lady Duff Questline Crashes Tap Ball Event Game

I have the same issue. Just sent Homer to confront Lady Duff and now game crashes and I can't get in to play.

Playing on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S running Android 5.0.2

Same problem here. Don't entirely remember where in the quest line I was (I think I was finished with Homer confronts Last Duff). It doesn't crash for me, though, until I played a trap ball game with a random neighbor. As soon as I finished, it crashed and won't let me back in... Have an Android device (Samsung Galaxy S5 if that matters). Hopefully gets patched before we miss out on too many daily prizes...

I am also having this issue. Sent homer to confront lady duff, went to do my second win task, came back to my town and the game crashed out. Can't get back in on either device even after closing and restarting ipad/iphone.

Same issue, I ran several current quests at the same time, but now i cannot log in in either ipad 2 or iPad Air (where i just fresh installed the game) !

Hope this will be fixed ASAP due to the timing issues with the current event !!!

My game crashed when trying to finish the Confront Lady Duff task. This occurred both on my Android phone and tablet

Same here, crash started after the  "confront lady duff" questline. I've been through 4 chat sessions now. after the third one they had restored my springfield from before that questline. Without knowing that was the trigger, i started it again. After that it crashed again when clicking on the revenge button from the tap ball menu... I'm waiting for an email from the specialists again. But no one, from EA who i talked to, seem to know the problem. Hope they get a fix soon. I've been playing from almost the very beginning and they stil haven't learned from their mistakes. It's been almost every event they release, a general bug is released onto lots of people. I'd rather have less event's which work then this!!!

What are the chances they will release a patch, do you think? I'd rather not get bogged down calling an EA rep if I can avoid it.

This is Grace again; I was the Specialist assisting you with The Simpsons: Tapped Out earlier today. I am sorry for the delay in emailing you back. Professor Frink is 'experimenting' with our systems again.... We have asked him not to, but he does what he wants! 'Gla-hay-vin hoi-ven'!

Since my last email, we have been alerted that there is an ongoing crash issue within Tapped Out. The usual tricks have not fixed it, so the TSTO team have already sprung into action to save the day. They will be releasing a small update to resolve this issue within the next few hours. As a big TSTO fan myself, I just can't resist tap-tap-tapping away on it, so any time away will always sting! Just sit tight, and it will be fixed in no time at all!

Try again in a couple of hours, and you should be able to get back in then (it may prompt an update first). You won't have to re-install the app or anything, just sign back in!

I'm on an iPad mini. I have already had all the ladies get drunk and Homer started a task, I don't remember what the task was.
