Krusty-est place on Earth Pt29 has a glitch

I can't complete Krusty-est Place on Earth pt 29 every time I try to place the haunted house some where I get kicked out of the game and when I go back on to check if the haunted house was placed, its never there.

SAME HERE,,I REACH LV 38 BUT EVERYTIME I TRY TO PLACE DUFF PAVILION MY TSTO SUDDENLY FREEZING AND KICK ME OUT,,SORRY BOUT MY ENGLISH....

Try placing it on grass.

for some reason you cant place it on paths without getting kicked out
