Keeps up dating and using up my data

Can some one advise i have used up all my data on my phone ask o2 how and they informed me that the game is up dating each time i log on which is using up all th data is there a way to stop this happening

If you have too much data on your iPhone then you have to either delete some photos, perhaps ones thatHou have saved elsewhere. Some videos, music, or apps. Iwish there was an alternative for you but I'm afriars there isn't. Sorry
