Keeps saying needs more storage, what do I do?

Every time I try to buy land in Springfield Heights it keeps saying that I need more storage? I've gotten rid of a fair few items, either by selling or placing the items in Springfield. So what else am I supposed to do?

You need to unlock more jobs so you can increase storage. You can ‘buy’ 10 of each main building using resources and upgrade them to gain more REV. You can see the unlock costs near the end of the first post in the following thread:
