Keeps crashing before it even opens

For months now the game doesn't do more than show the screen with the theater and doughnut and then crashes. I've deleted the game and redownloaded multiple times to no avail. I've spent real hard earned cash and would love to start playing again or is it your policy to screw actual money spending customers? I'd prefer to believe its just a bug issue. I am having the same issue and I can't find a fix.

Since there was a new update yesterday and it looks as if you game is not even getting that far since it is still showing the theater, try deleting and reinstalling a fresh version from Google Play or Apple. It is worth a shot at this point.

This happened to me 5 months ago. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it multiple times. Finally, I stopped playing for 3 or 4 weeks and when I tried playing again, it was perfectly fine. Well, just a few days before the update, it started crashing every time I attempted to log on. I may stop playing for a while and try again.
