Is it possible to get the obstacle course bundle still

I have the Rommelwood Barracks and just want to know if it is possible to get the obstacle course bundle in any way

Unfortunately the obstacle bundle is no longer for sale in the store, it was first available during the Rommelwood academy event in March 2017 and re-released during the Bart Royale event February 2018.

I believe it is not available in the yearbook mystery box too, correct?

Correct, I checked the full list of Mystery Box contents before I posted.
