Iphone update crash/Lost my Springfield

Hi, hoping anybody can help me with a problem I'm having with The Simpsons Tapped Out.

I plugged my Iphone into my pc to charge it and an update to IoS 7 came up to download. I started the download and after a couple of minutes the download crashed. After that my Iphone went into recovery mode, so I did a recovery. That got the phone back to the way it was when purchased. I then did a restore from backup which restored my pics, vids, music and apps, including most of the data in other game apps I have on the Iphone. Unfortunately it seems my Springfield did not get restored because when I try to log on to Origin with my user info, I get a dialog box that says: "Warning! Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign in to that device before playing" and it gives me the option to OK that or Play Now. Hitting the OK button just brings me back to the Warning message and I'm a little scared to hit Play Now because I think that's going to start a new game.

I've been playing this game for 5 months and I'm at Level 36 and I'd hate to have put all that effort in for nothing. Has anybody had this problem? Does anyone have any solutions or recommendations? I'd really appreciate any help that's offered.

"This happened on me too and as I hadn't spent any 'real' money or much premium items I just risked it and clicked 'play anyway' even though it said progress would be lost.

Anyway I thought i just risk it ,as i will not lose much ! So It actually works.

I just fellowed the step given in the link below
