[Information] Missing your Springfield? Logging into Origin again can bring it back!

If you start playing The Simpsons: Tapped Out and realize your Springfield looks different, please ensure you are logged into your Origin Account before playing. Follow the work-through below to ensure the safety of your city.

My Springfield is gone! What happened?

Don't worry! You probably just need to log-in to your Origin Account before playing. Follow these instructions and you'll be just fine:

If you open the application and arrive at the “Tap to Continue Screen” Skip directly toStep 4.

If you enter the application and are dropped into a town that isn’t yours follow the steps below:

1. Minimize the Application (Tap the Home Button)
2. Terminate the Application

1. Double Tap the Home Button

2. Press and Hold the Tapped Out Icon until a red circle with a “-“ symbol appears in the upper left corner

3. Tap the red Circle to Close
4. Open up the App
5. Tap the Login Button

6. Enter E-mail and hit Continue

7. Enter Password and select Log in

8. Close the Origin window

9. Tap to Continue

*If done successfully your login name should appear at the bottom of the screen

Important: If you are logged into Origin and your game still shows that you have been reset to Level 1, we will update this thread as soon as we have more information.
