[Info Request] TSTO Game Crashing After Failed Purchase

Todays Thanksgiving update did fix the crash issue. Alls well now.. Its been almost a week. Thank you EA for getting down to the problem and fixing it!

For those that are worried about a refund. The email you got about your inapp purchase that apple sent you. There is a link on that email that will let you open a dispute about the purchase. Just explain the problem and say you want to revert the purchase. They will refund the money spent before your crash.

EA can't refund your money because its handled by Apple.

Hello. On Nov. 01 I made a golden scratch purchase. Now I cannot access my game. Seems like you are all aware of this issue and I hope you address it quickly. I went to Apple and they said to contact the app maker....

Today the app finally works again!! Yeah! However the gold scratch ticket I bought and you charged me for, I never received! Plus my Cletus farm expired! You also reset the "confirm donut purchase" setting and now I'm stuck with santa's little helper for 150 donuts!!! Complete BS! Please give me my ticket and give me my 150 donuts back! Keep the worthless dog if you want.
