Sorry I've only just seen your reply and yes I am having problems with Simpsons tapped out I'm in touch with ea games staff who are trying to help me with the Simpsons tapped out game where I have lost all my gaming content and am back to level 2 FROM level 445 ish so I've been asked to send them an in game ticket I've asked everyone I can think of but getting nowhere so I've sent an email back and am waiting for an answer THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY Mr p.a.squires

@paulantonysq  There are a couple places to enter the help screen. On the loading screen the little yellow question mark near your name on the bottom left. In the game store top right.
