I can't obtain Maggie?!?!

I had 32 seconds to pick up Maggie after I found her.   I zoomed in,  I zoomed out,  I tapped on her,  around her,  but it wouldn't allow me to get her?  After the 32 seconds,  I "lost" the game?!?! Why???

I have this issue too, and it seems super hard to contact anyone about it.

Tap the Building, not Maggie.  Specifically the base of the building near the center (though i have seen a report that someone had to tap ON Maggie when she was at Lard Lads).

I've found and tapped her 6 times now.

I tapped everywhere around her, zoomed in, tapped, zoomed out, tapped, all around her, tapped, on her, tapped. Nothing worked, and i still have 30 or more seconds when I find her.

Exactly same scenario. I found her with 30 seconds to go and tapped and held and zoomed out, in, tapped fast, slow. Nothing. Then told I had lost. On iphone6.

Update: I am able to tap her when I play on my kindle fire.
