Step 1
Go to http://help.ea.com and login if not automatically done so

Once signed in, click on “Account Support"

A new page should open. Click on “My cases”
Step 4
This should show all past and present cases you’ve opened with EA Support. Click on the relevant case you wish to update. Note: If the case has been closed by EA Support, you will not be able to provide any further information. Instead you will have to open another ticket for the same issue if it hasn’t been resolved
Step 5
When you click on the relevant open case, it will take you to a new window showing a summary of the communication you’ve had so far with support. Make a note of the case number on the middle upper left side of the screen then click the orange “Resume” button to renew contact with EA.
Step 6
You will be taken to the contact option selection screen. Make sure the case number in the top left of the screen corresponds to the case number for the issue you’re having. Choose the contact option that’s best suited for you and select it.
Step 7
You’ll now be able to provide additional information about your case to update it.
