How to find a forgotten Origin/EA Account email address [ Edited ]

Step 1

Download and install Origin to your PC/Mac. Details on how to do so can be found here

Step 2

Open the Origin application. In the first box, instead of entering your email address, enter the Origin ID/EA Account name associated with your game. In the second box, enter your password as usual.

 

Step 3

This will open the Origin application and you should be logged in as usual. In the top-left corner of the screen, click the “Origin” button to access a drop-down menu

 

Step 4

When the drop-down menu opens, select “Account and Privacy”

Step 5

This should open a new window with your account details. If the sub-menu “About me” isn’t selected automatically then click on it. Your email address should be shown in the third option down in the “Basic Information” sub-section on the right hand side of the screen.
