How to book a call

I have been having ongoing issues with my account.  I keep getting emails from Customer Service saying they need to verify my identity, so I should go to ea.com/contactus and book a call or chat.  However, there is no option to book a call or chat.  I have tried to reply to the emails but I just get the same one back saying to follow the link and book a call.  Please can someone tell me how to do it.
