1. Lisa & Milhouse go to school (6 hours each) (Bart Crusoe Pt. 1)
2. Build Bart's Treehouse (Bart Crusoe Pt. 2)
Side Quests:
1. Bart skateboard (4 hours) (Bart Crusoe Pt. 3)
Notes: DO NOT do the Bart/Milhouse 24 Hour Tasks. wait until you start the Library, then start the build and the quests together.
Required Quests:
1. We Do Need Yes Education Pt. 2 - Build Springfield Elementary
2. A Little Light Reading - Mr Burns read from Necronomicon
3. It's Pronounced Nu-Cular Pt. 4 - Homer work at Power Plant

Did you do the required quests as well?
Those I mentioned in my reply 2 years ago?
That is still valid, those HAVE to be done before you are prompted to do anything else regarding Bart
You can be lvl 939 and not get Bart Crusoe pt2 because you did not do the required quests
