How do I open a case?

After the end Oct update, I have not been able to get in the game to play on my account.  I can play anonymous.  I can login ok, but when the game goes to load after I have logged in it just crashes and goes back to my OS on my phone.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3.

 

Please help

Please contact an Advisor for assistance with this issue:

1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3. Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4. Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5. Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6. Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

This topic is quite old. please do not necropost.  If you are having game issues, please make a new topic, explain your issue clearly with as many details as you can. Include screenshots and device information as well. The links and process to contact EA have changed a bit. Go to this link  https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/#?product=the-simpsons-tapped-out , choose your platform then choose your topic. You can also hit the help question mark on the loading screen or in the store.

There’s no way to open a case anymore. Every time I hit “open new case” it brings me to the community topics. Why can’t I get help from customer service???

What issue are you having? include device Operating System and what exactly happens.

To get help in the Simpsons Tapped out, tap the help button on the loading screen of your game, choose technical support, try to get phone or live chat M-F US business hours.

@11EEveyHave you tried that lately? When I tap the help button while playing the game it just goes to a black screen. Even trying to report a bug on the website, when I click on my "old cases" and the button appears that says "start a new case" that just takes me back to the original help page. Obviously, EA doesn't appear to have technical support or help anymore.
