Help!!!

I am trying to add my son on Tapped Out but when I put in his email address it says no search found. It's not giving me the option to use his Origin(sorry if that is spelt right) name.. Can someone please help me...

There are 3 ways to invite friends:

EA Account (formerly called Origin)

Facebook

Email/SMS

Make sure you're using the right one when you invite your son.

For EA Account you must both have signed up for an EA Account and have less than 100 EA neighbors.

With Facebook you can have more than 100 neighbors but they must be your Facebook friend.

I don't know about the Email/SMS thing.  I think it just sends an invitation to play the game.
