Heist update

I've unlocked chapter in the heist update but when I went to craft the items that comes with chapter 2 I realized they are relock. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Same here. Ch 2 items did unlock eventually but now it's the same with Ch 3 items. Also my character tap icon doesn't work anyone and my tap radius feature is also gone. I contacted EA but no change so far.

@zuluder866245 There is a glitch in the game that stops some players from using the character button etc. Some players who have this problem have also reported issues with crafting being locked too.
