Halloween 2018 locked items

I’m carving items on level four in Halloween 2018 but the level 4 items didn’t unlocked. I can’t make them although I’ve reached that level. Here goes a screenshot:

Level 4 items do not unlock until Act 2 starts. Under each item it will say what the requirements are to unlock. In your screenshot it says Reach level 4 and unlock The Haunted Crossroads  from Act 2 Prizes
