Graphics Issue - Items present, but not displaying on Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

This has happened to me too. Just bought the Galaxy Tab s3 a few weeks ago, everything was fine until the above mentioned update, now a huge number of my buildings are not displaying, while other buildings and characters pop in and out of existence as I scroll around.  I also can't zoom out anyway near as much (though I've partially fixed this with Samsung Game Tuner set to max resolution).

Will this be fixed soon? I've been playing this for close to six years now, I'm very attached to my Springfield!

@EA_Blueberry  This has happend to me too- I haven't been able to sort my Springfield in months as I had nuked it :-(

This issue was temporarily resolved for Samsung Tablet players, with the update released on 2/27/19.

The exact same issue has returned with the update released on 3/12/19.

Please put that initial fix back in the game as soon as possible.

C'mon EA we are now into September  2019 and I can't still build my town because  of this glitch. ARE you going to anything to fix this please!

I have opened up another case with EA regarding the missing graphics.  My case number is #50631465 if anyone else wants to create a case and reference my number.  It's fustrating dealing with the EA representative because they all want you to do the same basic troubleshooting when the problem is not the device but how the game is programmed.

And now with today's Android update Game Tuner no longer works, meaning I can barely zoom out in the game and all the graphics are massive.
