Grandpa stuck in Town Hall

There is a random glitch currently where Grandpa becomes stuck in the Town Hall showing a completed task with Akira that was never assigned. To free Grandpa store the Retirement Castle and then return it to your game. Hopefully this will be gone when the current event ends.
