Experiencing the same issue, I was told to post issue to the fifa help page. Wish EA knew what they were doing.

Fifa page...that's an interesting idea.  When I discuss costing them millions it's with the knowledge that they made almost 5,000 million(5 billion)in 2017 and project to do better in 2018 so they don't really care that much.

But Fifa and Madden...talking some real money there.

Hi Friend,

this is more or less a known issue with no resolution at the moment. You need to contact EA help (I highly recommend the phone option).

Ask to have your game rolled back to the day before it happened. It's the only fix as of now. Good luck and let us know if worked out for you.

Mine started after this new update 3 days ago making it frustrating enough to quit

Same thing. Anlot of broken stuff and lost progress.

Same in my springfield. It started today!

After the recent update, tapped out is experiencing a number of issues.
The character search in the top left corner, no longer jumps to the character.
The collecting radius has vastly reduced despite having the fully upgraded irs.
The final dialogue for a number of previous quests have been popping up.
The counter on the daily ask reset to 0
I have reinstalled but this has not rwaovked the issues.
