@alldane62 - that's a broken Bart screen waiting for you to hit a Retry button that isn't there.
Heading to Recent apps to quit the game and restarting it from the Homescreen icon should give it enough of a nudge to solve it

Hi @alldane62, If the proposed solution does not work and ONLY if you play using an EA profile (this operation, if performed in anonymous game mode, could cause the loss of game data), REINSTALL the game (if you use an Android operating system, it will also suffice only delete game data).
