I actually have a similar issue. This happened once before, prior to the Stonecutters. It was like a month before I could get the game to launch. Now, with this update, I cannot launch the game. Again. Uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing seems to work.

They've all gone home for Xmas probably won't be fixed till the new year 🤬🤬🤬

Please fix the problem!!! Ppl at a lot of time and money playing your app so you can at least try fixing the problem not just give basic BS solutions!!!!!

@SAi666This is most probably an issue with your device as reports of not loading are not widespread. Also this post is old.
Some ideas to try
Make sure you have 4-5 gigs of free space
clear your cache
Reboot your device
Uninstall and reinstall
Try on a different device
