After doing a $1 purchase, the game shut down on my ipad. The purchase was processed, I have been charged, but now the game won't even open on my ipad. I have contacted Apple and they explained to me that this is an EA error. I have not been able to open my game for over a week, I was charged for a purchase that not only I didn't receive, but has broken my game. Please advise on how to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Oh and I've tried all the usual things, shut down from the multitasking screen, rebooted the ipad, deleted and reinstalled the game, and all software is up to date. What else do you guys got???

I am having the same type of problem.laumches to black screen then shuts drown.I did everything including a factory reset to iPad.on level 38.please let me know what needs to be done to fix [edit: email address removed] thanks

I actually have a similar issue. This happened once before, prior to the Stonecutters. It was like a month before I could get the game to launch. Now, with this update, I cannot launch the game. Again. Uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing seems to work.

Please fix the problem!!! Ppl at a lot of time and money playing your app so you can at least try fixing the problem not just give basic BS solutions!!!!!

@SAi666This is most probably an issue with your device as reports of not loading are not widespread. Also this post is old.

Some ideas to try

Make sure you have 4-5 gigs of free space

clear your cache

Reboot your device

Uninstall and reinstall

Try on a different device
