Game not loading in tapped out after purchase

In need of help

Firstly i had issues deleting or adding friends which i still cannot do, updated game for episode tie in , unlocked sanjays son then i was unable to get back in after purchasing donuts.

Ive tried rebooting tablet, clearing cashe and even uninstalled and install of the game itself. Ive been playing for years so on max level

1. Reset your network:

• Close your game.
  
  Pull up the App Manager and swipe the game away.
  
  Turn off your device.
  
  Turn off your internet hardware - wireless router, modem, etc.
  
  Wait 15 to 30 seconds.
  
  Turn your internet hardware back on.
  
  Start your device.
  
  Start the game.
