Game freezes when i put the cooling towers down

I have the cooling towers in my storage and when I try to use them the game freezes. Now I don't have Mr Burns because of this and can't continue the missions. Please help.

Try to uninstall the game and re download it again if that doesn't work contact ea

It's a galaxy with plenty of space. I just quit playing, I've tried everything and I'm not starting over.
