Game disappear

My game is reset.
I've only connected it to Facebook, but haven't connected to EA.
Can anyone saved my game?

Anonymous towns are saved to your specific device. 

Connecting it to FB does not help, it is still Anonymous and only saved locally.

It may be recovered if you know the Mayham ID - a unique number for your town

If you do not have the Mayham, I regretfully think your game is lost.

This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players.

Report it as a Technical issue, do not call it a bug or a glitch
Contact EA support http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ and ask for a gameadvisor. Same login as the game.

It might be possible if you know your game's mayhem ID. If you do you can contact EA directly using this link and choosing the "Manage my account" option:

For future reference, your game will only be saved if it is connected to an EA account. Here is a guide on how to do that:
