Forgot password and it wont send it to my email

My cousin deleted the app so I redownloaded it and now I can't remember my password and when i click the blue words "Forgot Password?" I type in my email so I get to make a new password, but I don't get anything sent to my inbox

It is always going to be easier to just go to EA.com and reset your password there.  Try to log in using the icon at the top right corner of the page and then select forgot password.  If you still don't have any email, check your spam folder.
