Festive Church X-mass 2015 Skin not appearing [ Edited ]

I'm missing the festive church skin of the x-mass 2015 update. I did the 60 seconds mission to decorate it but I didn’t get the new skin for the church…

Anyone know a solution for this problem?

There was no solution for the missing skin, EA gave me 150 donuts to make up for this.

Just to be sure you cannot select the skin in the menu when you tap on the building or it doesn't show up when you select it?

The skin is not present in the menu, I have the first church and the sponsored church skin as options, the festive church skin is not there

Thanks for the confirmation @dazziek. Have you tried to travel to Krustyland to synchronize the server? If that still doesn't do the trick you might need to contact support. Make sure to use Missing content and Never received content to be in touch with an Advisor. Hope that helps!
