@Henriqu3sCesar Check the date and time of the device, paying attention to AM / PM; preferably, in the system settings, set Date & Time automatically (get from the network)
- Close the app, remove it from recent, turn off, wait and restart the device
- If possible, try a different data connection
If all this does not work and especially if you log in using an EA account, uninstall the app, turn off the device, wait a few minutes, turn it back on, install the app and do not LOG IN before the complete data download (if you do not have a EA account, by deleting the data you may lose your game progress)
