I got problems with missing donuts during xmas and recent update after new year event. I contacted EA online, finally get connected in one hour.
I was promised a stash of donuts by advisor, and said will take effect in two hours. After 24 hours still never take place.
I contacted EA again, waited connection one hour, and then they said come back again to verify in 20 hrs time.
Then I contacted EA again, waited one hour, and now they said it was a misunderstanding and I shouldn't be getting the donuts.
I am very disappointed how EA played its customer like idiots. This matter makes me seriously considering quitting the game. I have wasted enough time in the game itself, time to set my priorities right...
