Disappearing Donuts.... how do I report this & get a responses?

i still have the sit tight on this screen since 9:00 am today, it is now 12:34PM

Either contact EA http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ to get your donuts or Google/Apple/Amazon for a refund. I have removed one of your screenshots as it contains your Mayhem ID - this should not be posted on a public site.

I have not used this so I do not know how it works

but if you tap Hammer/saw icon and the cogwheel, top right in the popup

you get to Options, choose Info and Restore purchase
