Did not receive Zutroy after completing all Tunnel tasks

I noticed that I could buy him too. I shouldn't have to....I earned him! I figure I'll just never get him cause I dont have that many donuts!

It's 01/11/2015.  Still no Zutroy.  This one is getting out of hand.  It must be a really tough bug to fix.

Two updates and its January 15, 2015 and still NO Zutroy. 😡
It is getting out of hand! I would like zutroy please! I completed all the tasks and spent donuts in doing so.
