Same here. Got the cabin but no Zutroy. Tried all the troubleshooting steps. I play on an Android. Also had the tunnel freeze when I finished 19.

EA Support STINKS!!! I opened a case but they won't allow the Email option; only the Chat option which has a 50-55 min wait time.

I too did not receive my Zutroy upon completing my tasks. My tunnels are now locked congratulating me for com pleating all tasks. Santa is no longer in my task bar but he still is walking around town. I have checked all my gifts/rewards, houses, lights and even put out all my trees/pines that have lights. Upon checking my elf status I have discovered that I, too, only have 24 instead of my 26.
