Still no fix... after two chats today. I was first told that this issue has been fixed, though still have the issue... after being told by EA that it is an understood email issue, I changed email account to AGAIN, to still no avail. Was then told since they cannot replicate the issue, nor do others have repeat issues after fix (though they did not say what the fix was for others) it simply gets filed as an issue to look at. No help to me, and no way around it. EA was insistent that it was an email issue and the domain (gmail) was the problem... I am destroyed knowing I will not be able to access my game again, and will be depressed at all the new content and great things people create here.... I just give up..

I dont understand why either. It seems simple to go back and see when the issue arose, and that something in THAT code caused the issue. I noticed it in the switch to Act 2 of the Enlightenment update. Haven't been able to get on since.
I want them to be on the same page, different person, different answer every time. And I have to re explain the issue every time. I would assume it would be linked to my account so they can see prior issues I have had. Just need to keep everything copied and paste it each time in I guess ha

So today I tried Twitter EA Help , I sent them a direct message and I spent all day being very patient and repeating all the standard things they suggest , just because it was my very first communication that way, to be told albeit took a hell of a lot longer that they couldn’t resolve my issue , the suggestion of swapping the town was brushed aside as they said that wouldn’t help ? 😭😔 and again proving it isn’t an email issue

Also Jen the adviser there did say my case hadn’t even been escalated until she just did it ! Wtf when I’ve been told that every single time, they end with we will escalate this to the specialist team ?!? How on earth had this not been done until now!?!
