Code Issues - Can't log into the game.

I know the feeling I played the game for 6 years and put a lot of time and money into it but as EA told me on July 23rd they were going to have their Specialists look at my situation because there is something wrong and it's nice to know that you're having the same problem just keep coming back here and Reporting it and explaining that you keep trying but you have no success they said that they were going to report it as a bug and the more people that has the problem the more prominent it will stick out and they would investigate it

@yjubrbug53530 I absolutely can’t tolerate the thought of starting again , unless it’s to swap my old town in I would never sign up again this has been absolutely ludicrous to break a game with a update that they then can’t fix?!? It defies any logic

So Aditi the advisor this morning, tried to reassure me that a fix was imminent and maybe within the next couple of hours 😂 …. Well it’s made me laugh if nothing else , I do hope he’s right!!? It’s only been two months already

@Bafanc I hope it’s true although I’m not gonna hold my breath, I did let them know that one of the emails I tried with a workaround that still wouldn’t work, however it received code for a brand new game!
