Cant login in my account

First, my game was crashing and since the server isnt down, I tried to reinstall it. Then, when I try to login now in my ea/origin account, it says "this device has a level 5 game, is it yours?" But Im over level 100!!! Then when I press no, it gives me an option to create a NEW Springfield to my account. I dont wanna a new Springfield, I want my old Springfield back!!! The level 5 is certainly related to the anonymous option.
Please help!!

Go into your settings to uninstall to clear the cache. To do this go to settings, then apps, and find Tapped Out and then click uninstall. After you do that, reboot your device and log back in. If on an iPad, do a hard reset instead of just turning it off. After deleting the app through the settings, hold the home button and power button until the device completely shuts off and then restart it. See if that fixes it.
