Thanks for posting this nicholas. I have opened a ticket but not heard anything from support. Have the S10+ in the UK so seems like the Samsung update had caused the issue for all. Hope they can get this fixed soon!

Same issue here in Australia with s10+ been trying for a few days now glad I'm not the only one with the issue hope it's fixed soon.

Same problem here on my Poco F1, it's not a storage or hardware problem, maybe a Android 9 (pie) problem or a permissions problem? Please update us on why we cannot get past update 17/699.

I tryed chaning the screen resolution, forbid fullscreen mode, but nothing works

Arran, I realize that you are having crashing at update 17/704 in the Simpsons: Tapped Out. This should have not happened. Please allow me to inform you about this.

I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the customers are facing the same issue. Its a known issue. Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the Studio Team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I would request you to wait for some time till this gets though I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is been addressed on priority. Studio are aware of that issue and are working on it, but there is no time frame for a fix yet. Thank you for reporting this and we are working on the issue and hope to find a resolution soon.
