Cant install Simpsons crashes at 17/699 [ Edited ]

Hi,

i installed the game tow days ago on my S10+, and played it.

Yesterday i got an Andorid update after this the game would not start.

I deleted it and tryed to install it again from the playstore, 

when the Game wants to load "Updates it stopps at 17/699 and crashes.

I already reset my Phone, and tryed top install the game first thing, same error.

I am having the same problem. I called the helpdesk and also opened multiple tickets but no answers..

Same issue, game wouldn't take update on the s10. So deleted then tried to reinstall but crashes at 29.5mb on 3 install screen. I'm going to try on alternative device to see if it's just on my phone. If any one gets a solution, I'm all ears

This seems to be affecting users since the Operating System update on Samsung devices.

On my Note 8 Simpsons still works fine, only on my s10+ it wont start / install

I have the exact same problem. Was advised by EE that many S10 plus players are complaining too. They said to clear the apps cache and data,uninstall,shut phone down,restart phone,download tsto again and everything would be fine....but its exactly the same. Update 17 and crash. I updated the OS a couple of days before too and the game is still good on other devices using the same EA origin. Tried different games and they all downloaded ok.
