Cannot verify email for simpson game so I have lost 7 years worth of play and money spent on donuts.

@woodenhat87 are you even able to enter your credentials, to get the code sent to your email? When I start the game, it says update is required, but the link in that message directs me to blank web page, and no update is ready within the Google Playstore. So I don't know what to do!?

Hello,

I go to login and type my registered email, it then says error occurred & I press okay, takes me back to the login page. 

I’ve played this game for years & years and still do, it’s enjoyable and frustrating that it isn’t working.

@DarthVoda420 If you have an EA account (otherwise you risk losing your city) I suggest you uninstall the app, restart your phone, and download it again from the store (which will obviously have to give you the right version)

i have the same problem now for 3 months, i am currently on my 3rd try with online support

doing same steps, secondary email - no luck

phone number no luck

i have spent real money in this game and am being denied access to my city

i have just had this advice

"I would like to inform you that its a known issue. I would suggest you that you have to create new EA account as well TSTO account. And then you have to play till level 4 or 5."

surely that cant be right, can it?

@jtfever If this advice came to you from a help center advisor, yes, it is real. Do as they told you; create a new account and play for a short time .. then contact them again and they will move your old city to the new account. It is an operation that they have already successfully applied to other players
