Cannot log in. Game crashes after log in. FIX EA, LIKE, PLEASE? [ Edited ]

Just got a new phone so I know that I'll get the "Your town did not save etc...etc..."

When I hit play now and continue I just get a spinning donut and the the game crashes. Has been doing this for a few days. I can play anonymously but not on my level 57 account. I have tried reinstalling, clean installing, install reset etc etc. Everything that I could find on these forums. Nothing works.

I'm not sure if EA has addressed this but some update on the matter would be awesome. Fix your game, let's go.

Also I'm getting notifications of friends visiting my Springfield so I have no idea what's going on. I'd like this fixed so I don't fall behind on the Halloween event.
