Cannot get new update on kindle fire

I tried suggestions,removing from carousel and so on but still not working. I have now fully deleted game from device and cloud, restarted kindle and went to amazon to download game it says I already own it. Cannot find Simpson even in kindle app store. I even deleted many games to make space for update. Please help

Hi, how old is your device? It may be that some older Kindle devices are no longer supported, there is a discussion about this issue on the EA forum:

Some Kindle users have the event update on their devices with no problems.
