Cannot Connect to Server

Whenever I load up the game it takes me to the cannot connect to server screen and whenever wait for it to reconnect and hit the retry it just tells me to wait another 16 seconds before reconnecting. I’ve been stuck on this problem for days, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game and that worked until I logged in with my EA Account then the issue came back. I honestly just wanna play the game again without losing all my progress. If anybody can help me it would be much appreciated.

@Alexander_2099 My problem corrected itself after I completed creating my EA Account, it asked me if the updated account was mine I clicked yes and I was able to load into my game, if I have anymore problems I’ll keep you guys posted.

@Alexander_2099 So should I delete and re-download the game
