Can't login into origin and move my Springfield.

Here's my issue. I started playing this game anonymously and then created an origin account so that I could move my Springfield to be backed up on the servers and add friends....  My error happens when I try to move my Springfield to my origin account, it asks if the Springfield currently on the device is my Springfield that I'd like to move to origin, whenever I say yes, I get an error which says cannot connect, try hitting retry. I've done this many times and nothing is working.  What can be done to fix this?

For all questions about your account, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
